WARRANTY

J&J Carburetors and Components, Inc. warrants our units to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service. We will repair or replace, at our option, any carburetor rebuilt by us which is returned to us prepaid within ninety days of delivery to the consumer, provided it has not been in service for more then 10,000 miles and which our examination at the factory shall prove to have been defective. Absolutely no labor or charges will be assumed by J&J Carburetors in such a transaction. Our liability is limited to the value of the carburetor as valued on our invoice to the original purchaser of said unit. Cost for labor, installation, bills or charges from dealers or mechanics to "check", "inspect", "fix", or "adjust" or such as this, loss of time, work, pay and inconveniences are specifically excluded and are the sole responsibility of purchaser.

The following conditions apply:

1. You must return the purchased carburetor to us in the original packaging within 90     (ninety) days of the purchase date
2. An original sales receipt must be presented for verification of purchase date.
3. The J&J box in which the purchased unit was packaged validates the warranty. The     unit must be returned in the original J&J box.

The proper application and installation of the purchased carburetor, and/or the competence of the installer is NOT warranted. We will NOT pay for, or assume any liability for labor, damages, and/or towing claims arising from the installation or the use of the purchased carburetor unit. Our warranty does not apply to any defects caused by any of the following: misuse, negligence after purchase, accidents, collisions, any unauthorized or unreasonable use, including but not limited to improper application and installation.
